General Contractual Terms and Conditions, Cancellation and Changes Policies

FERINO ITG. S.L.U. (“FERINO”) supplies its products and services in accordance with the General Contractual Terms and Conditions, Cancellation and Changes Policies described below (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”).

If you do not understand any aspect of the Terms and Conditions, please contact us before making a reservation.

By making and paying for the reservation, you accept the Terms and Conditions for all legal purposes. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, either by browsing the website, checking the acceptance box in a web register, or by accepting a purchase order, you agree to all these Terms and Conditions. Reservations may not contradict these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please contact us before reservation.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended (updated) at any time, without notifying you personally. The amended (updated) versions of the Terms and Conditions take effect immediately they are posted on our website or when you are sent a copy of the Terms and Conditions, if sooner. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms and Conditions while you are interested in purchasing products and services from FERINO.

By continuing to purchase our products and services, you are deemed to have accepted any amendments (updates) to the Terms and Conditions. However, such amendments (updates) will not affect existing reservations, which will be governed by the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time the reservation was confirmed.

GENERAL CONTRACTUAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All information provided by the customer will be transmitted over a secure connection, and FERINO guarantees due confidentiality. The information provided will only be used to book and to pay for the product or service. The customer is responsible for the truthfulness and authenticity of the information, and must review and confirm the content of the information in detail.

The prices of the goods or services are presented in the amounts and in the currency stated. Refunds will be made in the same amounts and currency in accordance with the cancellation and/or modification policies.

Customer service and complaints: All questions, suggestions and complaints regarding the products and services should be sent to golf@altaonavillage.com or by calling (+34) 968 952 844.

Limited Liability: FERINO does not accept liability for matters attributable to third parties that market its products and services, as per the existing contracts.

Right to refuse entry: FERINO reserves the right to refuse entry.

MAKING RESERVATIONS:

Users making the reservation must pay non-refundable fee per player and the balance is payable on arrival at Altaona golf. Reservations are made on behalf and with the consent of everyone on whose behalf they are made.

Before paying, please check your reservation order carefully.

Once you have confirmed and paid the reservation fee, our cancellation and changes policies will apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

There are two ways to cancel a service you have booked and paid for:

By sending an email to golf@altaonavillage.com

Your message must contain your name and reservation locator number.

Our cancellation policies will be applied to all reservations within the order, based on the type of service booked. “No Show” means when a tee time reservation is made at a golf course and all or some of the golfers fail to show up for their reserved tee time to fulfil the terms and conditions of the Cancellation or Change Policy.

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the reserved tee time (except for the non-refundable fee). Cancellations made after that time and No Shows must be paid in full.

CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS:

There are two ways to make changes to a service you have reserved:

· Call the club on (+34) 968 952 844

· Send an email to golf@altaonavillage.com

 The following are considered changes:

· Downsize the number of players.

· Increase the number of players, subject to availability.

· Change of tee time, subject to availability.

If you decide to downside the number of players vis-a-vis the original reservation, this will be treated as a cancellation subject to the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy.

Change to the date or tee time of a booking. Once approved by management, if this increases the total order amount, the customer must pay the difference between the original and the new reservation. The change will take effect on payment. If the total amount is lower, a refund will be made.

CLUB RULES:

FERINO reserves the right to pair up golfers at its discretion, therefore, golfers may be added to smaller groups at any time during the round.

FERINO reserves the right to expel any user who receives two or more warnings from the Marshall or any Club employee for breach of FERINO’s code of conduct. No refunds will be forthcoming.

Please take care to read the club’s rules before you start playing.

SEVERE WEATHER

No refunds will be given if you start playing and withdraw from the game.

Cancellations and refunds on rainy days require management’s signature confirming that it is too wet or dangerous to play. FERINO decides when the golf course must be closed and when it will accept tee time / rental changes.

Compensation for being unable to play a total of 18 holes or nine holes must be negotiated with management.

If you have any difficulties, please contact the golf course personnel. We will do our best to help you in case of adverse weather conditions.

GREEN CLOSURES:

The main reasons for closing the greens are:

· Incessant rain: flooded greens.

· Thunderstorms: imminent danger.

· Wind: the ball moving on the green.

The following conditions apply solely when course management decides to close due to danger to players or when circumstances make play impossible:

· When play has not yet started and a change of tee time is offered.

· If the decision is made to close the course while the players are on holes 1 and 9, they will receive a voucher for 18 holes for use within six (6) months.

· If the decision is made to close the course while the players are on holes 10 and 14, they will receive a voucher for 9 holes for use within six (6) months.

· If the players leave the game after hole 14, the game will be deemed complete.
